I am continually amazed by God!
Last night we shared our stories in @delight_unf and prayed over where each of us is at on our journey. It’s amazing to see how the pain we’ve walked through has strengthened us into the people that we are today. The scars are still there but they have been made beautiful in time.
Each person is that a different point in their life journey but I have learned over the past few years that fixing my eyes on Jesus makes everything better. It doesn’t matter whether I’m at the highest high or at complete and total rock bottom. When I fix my eyes on him I can find some thing that I’m grateful for in the situation and one step at a time I can keep going.
I’m so grateful to be where I’m at in life and that God has allowed me to find purpose in the pain. I’m still not perfect and I still don’t have it all together but I’ve been able to heal from one of my darkest struggles and I can now help others find the path to healing.
